Castle level
Successfully complete the subway single-player level on the Agent difficulty setting with a time less than 2:15 to unlock the Castle multiplayer level.
Team King of the Hill level
Successfully complete the King's Ransom single-player level on the Agent difficulty setting with a time less than 2:20 to unlock the Team King of the Hill multiplayer level.
Sky Rail level
Successfully complete the Cold Reception level on the Secret Agent difficulty setting with a time less than 3:15 to unlock the Sky Rail multi-player level.
Contemporary skins
Successfully complete the game on the Agent difficulty setting to unlock Alec Trevlyan (006), Wai Lin, Max Zorin, May Day, and Christmas Jones (dress).
Covert skins
Successfully complete the City of Walkways level on the Secret Agent difficulty setting with a time less than 3:45.
Scientist skins
Successfully complete the Masquerade level on the 00 Agent difficulty setting with a time less than 4:20.
Soldier skins
Successfully complete the Midnight Departure level on the Agent difficulty setting with a time less than 3:05.
Suit skins
Successfully complete the Courier level on the Secret Agent difficulty setting with a time less than 2:00.
Wildfire mode
Successfully complete the City of Walkways 2 level on the Agent difficulty setting with a time less than 3:00.
Extra Multiplayer Levels:

To do this pick Pikachu, have CP player as Samus, then go up close to Samus. Press the B button and press Start when it hit her. You should see her without her suit! She looks like an alien.
View Cut Scene
While choosing the Start Game option in Tournament Mode, hold Z. A cut scene of your racer insulting others will then appear.
Chrome Racer
First, select exhibition mode and choose Williams as your
driver. Change his name to Chrome, then go back to the Start
Screen. You should see a silver driver on the driver selection
screen under exhibition, the time trial and the two player modes.
Gold Racer
Select the driver Williams and edit his last name to PYRITE.
Exit all the way back to the start screen and you now have a
Gold car.
No Chassis Or Bricks
In the edit driver option in Build Mode, enter NCHSSS as the driver name.
Turbo Mode
In the edit driver option in Build Mode, enter FSTFRWRD as the driver name.
Get Rocket Car
In the edit driver option in Build Mode, enter FLYSKYHIGH as the driver name.
Car With No Wheels
In the edit driver option in Build Mode, enter NWHLS as the driver name.
Cheat Menu
Choose any championship race. Then when the first race starts go till you see
the barn and go through the first haystack and you should hit a flower box and
hear "Groovy." Next, when the race is over, you should see and hear "Cheat Menu
Activated". To go to the menu quit the race and go to Options. You should then
see a menu item called "Cheats." Go to the cheat menu and there won't be all
the cheats because you need to find more flower boxes!!!
Swim Faster and Get Extra Air/Bubbles

Once you've learned the beak buttslam move you can go back to Spyrle Mountain and go to Banjo's house and there will be a big rock. Do the new move and there will be a goldfish that needs to go to the water. Run over him to pick him up and bring him to the river around the mountain to the old lair of Grunties and he will give you more air to breathe underwater and teach you to swim faster.

Gargamel will never overcome his prejudice against Smurfs, and in his latest anti-Smurf attack he has trapped the happy critters in their own horrible nightmares. You take Hefty Smurf from mushroom to mushroom freeing other Smurfs like Brainy, Greedy, and Handy from their dreams, while avoiding enemies and solving puzzles. There are 16 smurfy stages to conquer, not including the frantic bonus stages found between rounds.

HOW TO GET MEW
Clear the Mewtwo Bonus Stage more than twice in one game, and go to Indigo Plateau
(either table will work.) Activate the three Catch 'em Arrows on the right of
the board and enter the Pokemon in the top right of the board to activate Catch
'em Mode. The chance of the Pokemon that appears being Mew is 1 in 16. Note:
You cannot catch Mew like a normal Pokémon. Mew will automatically be recorded
in the Pokédex if you do not lose your ball during Catch 'Em Mode.
Unlock Yoshi egg hunt
Complete the Super Mario Bros 2 through once to open up a secret Yoshi egg hunt option.
